There are many I would like to thank on behalf of OUWBC; the club could not carry on without your help.
Firstly thank you to the coaches for all the work and huge amount of time you have put in. Congratulations to Andy Green for surviving your first year as Head Coach. To Megan Patrick and Chris Reid our Assistant Coaches, yet again an awesome job all round both on the water and in the gym. Megan you will be very much missed by everyone, both as a cox and a coach, and we wish you the best of luck with your future plans.
To our senior member Nicole Zitzmann: thank you for your continued support, and Rachel Quarrell for your advice this year. To Andy Thomas, for looking after our boats at Radley. Also to Ryan Demiane and Headington School Oxford, for the use of your ergs on Fridays and all the times the river was unrowable. Thanks to Monica Franke for the core stability you have brought to squad this year, and to Briony for the psychology sessions. Steve Gaisford: thank you for all the trailering. Thanks to all those at OURCs and OUBC, to the trust fund, to the HBR committee, to Ben Reed, and UTRC.
Thank you to this year's committee without whom I could not have kept everything in order; Phoebe and Emily for your abilities to magic boats places and whip up transport, Harriet for your efficiency, Alex for sorting the finances, Lucy for your safety advice and the kit, and Katja for the socials. Thanks to the old girls for your continued support; Emma Payne for your work with Windrush, Alex Cairns and Liz Rowles for being at the end of the phone.
Finally, thank you to the athletes. I could not have done this without you and I am extraordinarily proud of you all.
